Position Summary: The Solutions Center Engineer Senior role is to perform the installation and maintenance of the Epsilon’s networks, systems and solutions.

Summary of Position Responsibilities:

Network and System administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems, cloud based services and backup, and applications support).
Daily administration and oversight of company network and computer systems. This includes the creation, deletion, and maintenance of user accounts, mailboxes, distribution lists, groups, and all associated security parameters.
Performs virtualization of servers.
Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
Develop hardware configuration plans for client network systems.
Performs technology needs analysis.
Performs security audits and analysis.
Implements best practices around technology security.
Identifies technical needs and initiates peer review for approval prior to implementation
Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
Manages small to medium sized projects according to the agreed upon budgets and schedules.
Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.
Perform field and service desk duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Certifications:

Associates Degree or higher in Computer Science or similar field of study, is desired
4+ years’ experience in a similar position.
Two of the following certifications are required: Microsoft Certification (MCP, MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, MTA, etc.), or Cisco Certification (CCENT, CCNA, CCNP, etc.) or equivalent related certification
Ability to execute plans as needed to ensure completion of projects.
Ability to train employees and delegate tasks as needed.
Innovative mindset for designing and implementing new technologies is desired
Demonstrated leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player; self-assured, confident, and goal-oriented.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively.
Ability to solve problems and translate policies into daily routine operations
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent understanding of the organization s goals and objectives.
Knowledge and understanding of the Technology industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment: Includes a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, including exposure to heat, cold, inclement weather conditions, and occasional environmental hazards. Local, regional, and national travel may be required.
