The Givens Communities Technology Department is hiring a full-time End User Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support to residents and team members, prioritizing and escalating helpdesk requests based on how critical they are to our organizational processes.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical support to residents and team members
  • Troubleshoot network and hardware issues
  • Install and configure new software and hardware components
  • Oversee application updates
  • Monitor the network for potential threats

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • One year of related computer and networking experience or an equivalent combination of verifiable working experience and technical training
  • Familiarity with relevant computer software and hardware programs
  • Experience working with Office 365 and Windows OS
  • Excellent customer service and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Added bonus if the candidate has a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
